Yosemite Wildlife

Wildlife was tricky to spot on this trip, spent mostly in the heavily visited Valley. But our eagle-eyed photographer did better than the adults!

Walking softly was the key...

to getting close enough for a photo of this small deer...

... and this pretty Bluejay.

But there was no way to sneak up on this alert predator.

And the wildlife here was pretty common!
