Create your own worksheets to practice rounding, complete with answer sheets. Problems can include positive or negative numbers, and decimal values.

Rounding, or rounding off, means replacing a number with an approximate value that has a shorter or simpler approximate value.

Don't remember how to round a number? Simple: rounding is typically taught using the "round half up" rule: if a number is halfway between two whole numbers (e.g., 2.5), it is rounded up to the next integer (3), regardless of whether the original number is positive or negative.

  1. Select maximum value of numbers to be used:

  2. Select minimum value of numbers to be used:

  3. Round to the nearest:

  4. Number of problems on page:

  5. Optional: Click on the "Create Answer Sheet" button on the worksheet, if desired. Note: SuperKids does not store answer sheets. Print them when you create the worksheet, or they will disappear.
