Monopoly [ages 7 to adult] from Hasbro Interactive. An uninspired computerized version of the classic board game. Nice graphics can't make up for the lost tactile sensation of a pile of paper money, the roll of the dice.

Riven [ages 12 to adult] from Broderbund. A graphically stunning program that exercises senses of discovery and logic. Best for curious, patient people with lots of time!

Scrabble [ages 7 to adult] from Hasbro Interactive. A splendid reincarnation of the classic board game. Actually better than the original, because you can play by yourself or with friends, and you can't lose the pieces!

Young Dilbert Hi-Tech Hijinks [ages 5 to 12] from KnowWonder. A fun problem-solving skills program for kids who have never even heard of Dilbert. (Also fun for Dilbert-loving parents.)
